We have four week long gallery passes to the US Open in historic Brookline MA at THE Country Club June 13-19, 2022.

I grew up in Bahstun (Boston) and caddied there as a young teen and played the course many times. In 1999, the Ryder Cup featured the Famous “Battle of Brookline”. With the match all-square Justin Leonard holed a 45-foot birdie putt on the 17th hole for the greatest ever Ryder Cup come from behind victory for the US Team.

In 1913, the club provided the best ever US Open finish in Open history. Francis Ouimet’s shocking U.S. Open playoff victory as a TCC as a caddie at the Country Club and amateur over English titans Harry Vardon and Ted Ray.

This June, competitors will play a hole that hasn’t been used in a U.S. Open since then. In the 1963 and 1988 U.S. Opens at TCC, players skipped the par-3 hole that will play as No. 11. The last time it was used in an Open, Ouimet took control of the playoff with a par as both of his foes bogeyed. The famous movie ” The Greatest Game Ever Played” is a spectacular account of Ouimet’s victory with his 10 year old caddie!
